The Administrative and Assistance Commission for Displaced Persons was set up.

The Institute for Support for the Return of Nationals (IARN) was created in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

The Overseas Workers Support Centre and the Administrative and Assistance Commission for Displaced Persons were abolished and their responsibilities transferred to the IARN.

The Secretariat of State for Returnees was created in the Ministry of Social Affairs and the IARN was integrated into it.

The Institute for the Support of the Return of Nationals was abolished.
1983

The Central Board of People's Houses was responsible for carrying out all acts related to People's Houses, for which the previous legislation assigned competence to the National Institute of Labour and Welfare.

The JCCP's powers regarding support, supervision, guardianship and personnel management of the people's houses were transferred to the Regional Social Security Centres of the respective districts.

The regime of the Common Fund of the People's Houses remained unchanged, but is now managed by the Institute for Social Security Financial Management.
