2022 | Strategic Objectives (SO)
EO 1 - Ensure the quality of the services provided in a logic of proximity and satisfaction of the needs of the entities of the Ministry.
SO 2 - Streamlining the management of resources, ensuring the provision of shared services of excellence in the areas of human, financial and heritage resources, as well as centralised purchasing.
SO 3 - Promote the practice of innovation, modernization/quality and communication in the Ministry, focusing on communication systems and information technologies, as essential tools for an agile response and guarantee of support in any risk situations.
SO 4 - Contribute to the development of the human potential of the Ministry.
SO 5 - Promote the integration of sustainability in the management system of SG and Ministry bodies, ensuring active participation in the networks and groups created for the development of new models of action.

- Consolidate an integrated information management and internal communication solution of SG.
- Develop the actions inherent to the improvement of shared services, within the scope of resource management - human, financial and heritage.
- Promote the adoption of a culture of sustainability in the Ministry.
- Promote electronic archiving and dematerialization of processes.
- Target training to the Ministry’s cross-cutting and SG-specific needs, taking into account established sectoral and global commitments.
- Promote the Ministry’s networks of good management practice.
- Improve quality standards and standardize SG's critical processes.
- Strengthen coordination and cooperation between Ministry bodies/services.
- Strengthen links with other public administration bodies/services.
- Strengthen modernisation and simplification actions within the Ministry.
- Strengthen project management practices.
