Data Protection Officer
Appointment of the Data Protection Officer - Labour, Solidarity and Social Security
O Regulation (EU) 2016/679Article 37 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) provides that a Data Protection Officer is to be appointed.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that Dr. Filipa Cabral de Andrade Duarte Ribeiro Vicente de Sousa, Director of Legal Support and Litigation Services of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, has been appointed as Data Protection Officer for the General Secretariat, as she has the appropriate profile to carry out her duties.
