Social Equipment Network Enlargement Programme
11.3 million invested in the districts of Évora and Beja
The Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, Ana Mendes Godinho, presided over the signing of 13 PARES 3.0 contracts in Beja and Évora, a total investment of more than 11.3 million euros aimed at strengthening the social equipment network in the two districts.
In Évora, the Minister presided over the signing of contracts for the third generation of the Social Equipment Network Enlargement Programme (PARES 3.0) with eight institutions in this district. These contracts involve a total investment of €3.2 million, with public support of €2.4 million, for the creation of 18 social responses and a total of 542 posts.
During the morning, in Moura, Beja, Ana Mendes Godinho chaired the signing ceremony of PARES 3.0 contracts with five institutions in this district, which foresee the creation of eight social responses, with 309 places, for a total investment of eight million euros and a public support of 5.2 million euros.
The Minister also participated, in Moura, in a ceremony of thanks to about 70 entities for the services provided in combating the Covid-19 pandemic and in supporting the population of the county.
