Applications for the 13th edition of the Agostinho Roseta Prize run until 31 March 2023.

All natural and legal persons who engage in and contribute to the dissemination of good practices in areas such as the dignity of the work and the conditions in which it is provided, to the enhancement of social dialogue, or to the carrying out of studies and research on these matters, may apply for the Agostinho Roseta Prize.

The prize is awarded in two categories: Good Practices and Studies and Research Works. Each is allocated a monetary amount of € 12 500.

a) The category Good practices – aims to reward good practices in the areas of human resources qualification, organisational innovation, occupational safety and health, social dialogue and consultation and corporate citizenship, with the participation of workers in the company;

b) The category Studies and Research Work – aims to reward studies and research in the field of industrial relations, occupational safety and health, worker participation in companies, social concertation, trade unionism and associations, employment and vocational training and reconciliation of work and family life or that partially meet the thematic criteria for enriching the range of approaches to the themes of the Prize.

Applications are made electronically on the iefponline portal They may be submitted directly by candidates or may be proposed by other natural or legal persons acting on their behalf.

The Agostinho Roseta Prize has a symbolic nature and is a testimony of appreciation and a public way of honoring the natural and legal persons who, in each biennium, have distinguished themselves the most in the categories of the competition.
