Brand Employer Inclusive - Results
Promote the recognition and public distinction of open and inclusive management practices
In this edition that took place from January 4 to March 1, 133 entities from the private, public and social economy sectors applied.
The analysis of the applications was carried out by a committee of experts made up of professionals indicated by the Portuguese Association of Business Ethics, the Portuguese Association of People Management and SUPERA - Portuguese Society of Engineering and Rehabilitation, Supporting Technologies and Accessibility.
The Jury, composed of representatives of business associations, trade unions, social economy organizations, entities that support people with disabilities, and the public administration, decided to award the Brand Inclusive Employer Entity to 37 entities and 2 with the Mention of Excellence. The Inclusive Employer Brand is intended to promote the recognition and public distinction of open and inclusive management practices developed by employers in relation to persons with disabilities.
The Label is awarded to entities (minimum score of 200 points, scoring in all areas) that contribute to the implementation of an inclusive labour market and are distinguished, by reference practices, in the following areas:
- Recruitment, development and professional progression;
- Maintaining and resuming employment;
- Accessibility;
- Service and relationship with the community.
Entities that score at least 300 points and at least 50% of the possible points in each domain are awarded the Inclusive Employer – Excellence Brand.
The date of the public and solemn award ceremony of the Inclusive Employer Brand will be announced soon.
