Institute of Informatics renews the Certification of its Integrated Management System
3 international reference standards
At the end of 2021, the Institute of Informatics saw again the certification of its Integrated Management System (IAS) in the 3 international reference standards, which define the requirements for implementing management systems: Quality (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001), Services (ISO 20000-1).
In this sense, it was certified by an external entity competent for this purpose, that the Institute of Informatics governs its activity, fulfills its mission and attributions, in compliance with international best practices, adopting a process-based approach that incorporates the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and risk-based thinking, constantly seeking to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and carrying out the good management of the life cycle of the services it provides, according to the agreed requirements, in a logic of value delivery to citizens, companies and institutional users, ensuring the permanent realization of a process of continuous improvement.
