AP SGMTSSS Qualifying Center
Delivery of Diplomas to 48 RVCC Finalists
On February 28, at the Noble Hall of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security (MTSSS), the Diploma Award Ceremony of the QUALIFICA AP Center was held, based at the General Secretariat of the MTSSS.
The event began with the words of welcome from the Secretary-General, Dr. Johansson, to the President-in-Office of the Council. Maria João Lourenço, who highlighted the commitment and dedication of the group of finalists who completed the Recognition, Validation and Certification of Skills (RVCC) process.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, Dr. Maria do Rosário Palma Ramalho, who stressed the importance of the qualification of workers in this government area, encouraging reflection on the impact of the recognition of skills on personal and also professional development.
In an environment marked by emotion and recognition, diplomas were delivered to all finalists. The moment was enriched by the testimonies of Maria José Fonseca D'Almeida Pires (ACT – Authority for Working Conditions), Rosa Emília Marques de Sá Ribeiro (ISS – Instituto da Segurança Social, I.P.) and Maria Virginia Oliveira Saraiva (IST – Instituto Superior Técnico), who shared their experiences and the meaning of this course of school qualification.
The ceremony ended with the words of the President of the Board of Directors of ANQEP, Dr. Filipa de Jesus, who congratulated the QUALIFICA Center team for their work and the results achieved.
It also highlighted the importance of continuing to invest in lifelong learning, encouraging graduates to continue their studies in order to increase their skills and better address the challenges facing public administration.
It was an inspiring event, marked by the sharing, recognition and appreciation of each participant's journey.
