A new functionality is available in the Direct Social Security that allows you to request the reassessment of the income bracket of the Family Allowance in a simpler and faster way, without the need to travel to the Social Security services.

Where there is a change in income or in the composition of the household, which served as the basis for calculating the reference income for determining the income bracket, you may request the reassessment of the bracket.

Access Social Security Direct through the menu Family » Family and prenatal allowance » Ask and consult, select the option “Request re-evaluation of child benefit” and make the request by filling in the fields with the necessary information for this purpose.
